Turtle Explaining

The oldest known sea turtle in the world is 187 years old. He lives on the island of St Helena in the South Atlantic where he has been since the late 1880.

Diet he eats algae and seaweed. To get the seaweed he has to scrape at the bottom of the seaweed where it is connected at the rock but he is too old to get it so people hand-feed hm

Habitat/Habits he is on the island of St Helana in the South Atlantic where he's been since the late 1880s

Appearance he is a tortoise and he is 187 years old and he is a Seychelles giant tortoise and his name is Jonathan. He's blind from cataracts (cloudy looking stuff) and he has lost his sense of smell.

  1. Ka rawe Taj! What a great explanation. I wonder why they named him Jonathon. What would you name a tortoise if you could?
To make your work BTB maybe you could describe what the Island of St Helena is like? What kind of weather does it have a what other things live there.
    Keep up the amazing work!
