Careers 

1.Farm Worker I want to be a farmworker because that is the thing I have enjoyed and I have friends that on a farm and I have helped them with feeding, milking, shifting, dredging, and many more. A farmworker has to get up at 6.00am and I am able to get up at that time because I have to get up and get ready for school at that time and I am used to doing that. Farmworkers work for 6 hours up to 14 hours and that is a lot of hours but for me, it is not.

Being a farmworker is a big job because you have to keep the livestock alive and sometimes you have to go out in the paddocks and look for a weed because sometimes a type of weed can kill the livestock. 

2. Builder

If you want to be a builder you have to be strong, know your measuring, and many more. If you are a builder you need to get up and ready at 8.00pm. For a builder, you get a payment of about 100.000 a year but that is only if you are good at your job. A builder can be a fun job because sometimes you have to go in the bush to build a house and that will be fun because you might have to go in the mud.

Pro’s having this job you have to be on your best behavior because you might mess up if you were having jokes with your coworkers.

3.Electrician

If you are going to be an electrician you need to be strong and healthy and you need to get up and go to work at about 8.00 in the morning and go to your job. The pay for an electrician is 100.000 a year and that is a lot. I want to be an electrician because you get to see lots of people and you're able to find out how that building is powered. If you do it slowly and get better you will be able to do it fast and good and you want that so if you need to come back it is easy too.

Pro’s  If you want to be good at what you are doing you start off doing it slowly and you get faster each time and when you want to do it fast you can do it fast and do it right.  

4.plumber

I want to be a plumber because my family has a plumbing business and I might want to do that but you need to get up bright and early and I can do that. The pay rate of this job is 90.000 a year and that is not much but for me it is ok. To get into a scholarship for a plumber you need a level 4 scholarship and that can be hard but you can do it.

Pro’s if you want to be a good plumber you need to do everything right. If you are doing the right thing at the right time at the right place you will be very good at this job.

5.Quantity Surveyor

Being a Quantity Surveyor is cool because you will get to see many places you have never been before because it is all about looking after our property and making sure it does not reck our beautiful native animals. This job is not all about going outside. Sometimes you have to stay and do some paperwork but that is fine. The payment for this job is 110.000 a year that is good but it might not be for you. If you are trying to be more social to over people this is a good job because see a lot of people.

Pro’s if you want to be good at this job you need to be able to work with people because you see lots of people, you need to be kind to them.

Today my class had to finish their Careers and I picked these ones because I liked these ones and we had to write information about them and I did this. It was fun because I got to pick what I did. The one thing that was a bit has was thinking about the pros.
