 1. I am from New Zealand and this is where I live

2.  I am European because my mum's mum is European

3. I am English because I was born in New Zealand 

4.  I have a bit of Australian in me because my mum's nana was born in Australian

5. I am British because my nana has a mum that was born in the British Kingdom and that is pretty cool.

Today my class was doing work about our culture and this is my culture it is pretty cool learning about your culture because it is who you are and it is your family. The one hard thing was finding out what my culture is because I do not keep track of it.

Today I had to do my Key word hunt about the article Fly Me Up and Fly me up is a website that you can visit and they go around the world helping people. The one hard thing about this was doing the summary because you have to read this big article and you forget lots of stuff but I remembered most of it. The fun part was doing the notes because those were easy to do but it was fun to read the article.

Rangoli pattern

 

Today my class did a rangoli pattern and this is mine I think I did a good job because it looks good and my teacher likes it. the one hard thing was getting the shape because I did it with polyline and that is hard to do because it can stop tracing. It was fun doing this show because I got to choose what shape I did. A rangoli pattern is a pattern they make from hand and they do them for Diwali and they are pretty cool.

today I did some maths and it was very easy but at the start, we did not know a thing but then I found out how to do it and I think I did a good job. The one thing that was a bit challenging was Q 6,7,8 slides because I needed to work backwards.

Careers

1.Farm Worker I want to be a farm worker because that is the thing I have enjoyed and I have friends that one a farm and I have helped them with feeding,milking, shifting,dredging,and many more.A farm worker has to get up at 6.00am and I am able to get up at that time because I have to get up and get ready for school at that time and I am used to doing that. Farm workers work for 6 hours up to 14 hours and that is a lot of hours but for me it is not.

Being a farm worker is a big job because you have to keep the livestock alive and sometimes you have to go out in the paddocks and look for a weed because sometimes a type of weed can kill the livestock.

What haped to this job in pre-Covid 19 This job was not alowed because the farm workers was not vaccinated and vaccincons were not made then.

2. Builder

If you want to be a builder you have to be strong, know your measuring, and many more.If you are a builder you need to get up and ready at 8.00pm. For a builder, you get a payment of about 100.000 a year but that is only if you are good at your job. A builder can be a fun job because sometimes you have to go in the bush to build a house and that will be fun because you might have to go in the mud.

Pro’s having this job you have to be on your best behavior because you might mess up if you were having jokes with your coworkers.

What happened to this job in pre-Covid 19 the job of a builder was not allowed because you had to go over to people’s houses and build and you could not do that then so you could not do this job. And it would have affected no money and if you have one money you can't pay out your house you are homeless.

3.Electrician

If you are going to be an electrician you need to be strong and healthy and you need to get up and go to work at about 8.00 in the morning and go to your job’s. The pay for an electrician is 100.000 a year and that is a lot. I want to be an electrician because you get to see lots of people and you're able to find out how that building is powered. If you do it slowly and get better you will be able to do it fast and good and you want that so if you need to come back it is easy to.

Pro’s  If you want to be good at what you are doing you start off doing it slowly and you get faster each time and when you want to do it fast you can do it fast and do it right.

This job was affected to because you had to go to peoples houses and you could not do that.  

4.plumber

I want to be a plumber because my family has a plumbing business and I might want to do that but you need to get up bright and early and I can do that.The pay rate of this job is 90.000 a year and that is not much but for me it is ok. To get into a scholarship for a plumber you need a level 4 scholarship and that can be hard but you can do it.

Pro’s if you want to be a good plumber you need to do everything right. If you are doing the right thing at the right time at the right place you will be very good at this job. This job was not allowed to because you had to work together and you had to go to over peoples houses’s so being a plumber was affected.

A plumber was affected too because you could not go in people's bubbles and if you did you could have got Covid 19.

5.Quantity Surveyor

Being a Quantity Surveyor is cool because you will get to see many places you have never been before because it is all about looking after our property and making sure it does not reck our beautiful native animals. This job is not all about going outside. Sometimes you have to stay and do some paperwork but that is fine. The payment for this job is 110.000 a year that is good but it might not be for you. If you are trying to be more social with people this is a good job because you see a lot of people.

Pro’s if you want to be good at this job you need to be able to work with people because you see lots of people, you need to be kind to them.

I think you would have been able to go to some places but not all because Covid 19 was a thing and you did not what it.

Today my class had to finish their Careers and I picked these ones because I liked these ones and we had to write information about them and I did this. It was fun because I got to pick what I did. The one thing that was a bit has was thinking about the pros.

My Mud Back truck that I made

 This term we had to make a toy and I made a truck and it is called the mud back truck. I did a truck that could go in any terrain like if you had a pond next to you it could go in it. It is for wheel drive and it can go in ponds mud any type of rough stuff.

Today my class had to make our own toy and I made a truck because I wanted to make an all-terrain wich is cool. The one thing that was fun doing this was having to make it yourself so I could do anything. The one thing that was hard was doing this because I hate tipping fast.

Blue Ringed octopus eat small crustaceans and shrimp crab and over octopuses too. Blue Ringed Octopus is 20cm long but remembers they are the most venomous octopus in the world and do not underestimate because they can Escape and they could sting you.

 We should have a climbing wall at our school because it would be fun because most of our options at our school are getting boring and it would be fun cool and we would look ford to it. It would help people with weight problems and it would be good for little kids and that is my writing.

What we did in the weekend

 In the Weekends I went to Christchurch. I went to Christchurch because my Dad was racing his car at Scope and my brother went over with him three days earlier. When I and my mum got to Christchurch we had to get a gas bottle and after that, we went to the track. When we got there my Dad was about to race so we watched him and my mum's friend that gave us a ride she wanted to see him race too so she came and watched. After that, she went to her motel. Then we packed up and I and my brother and my Dad went out for diner and my mum went to 660. the next day we got up and I was not feeling well because I had a big diner last night so at breast I only had one pancake. Then we went to the track and it was another boring day just watching races and after all of them we packed up and went out for diner. When diner was getting ready me and my brother went on the scooters and after we had diner and went back to the motel and went to sleep. We got up the next day at 9.00pm and went to the mall and I got some new shoes so did my brother and then we got lunch and then my Dad picked us up and we went home.

Today my class had to write about what they did in the weekend and this is what I did. I liked doing it because it is fun to write about you and what you did on the weekends. The one thing that I did not like about is when I first did it it was a big story and I rushed it and it did not make sense so this is my second one but anyway I got it done and that is what matters.

Today my class did Kawa of care and we had to pick a number out of a hat and I got number 3 so I had to write about the topic and my topic was do as much work on your cromebook as you can because if you do you get smarter. I liked it because it reminded me of the Kawa of care and keeping my Chromebook safe. The one thing that I didn't like about doing this is that I had ad curler into it because I did not want to and I could not think of any over curler. If you don't know about the Kawa of care it is a prow gram that you sine to keep your cromebook safe.
